Call for Nominations, and Notice of Elections

Pursuant to sections C1-13.5-101 — 1-13.5-1601, Colorado Revised Statutes for Call for Elections, between seventy-five and one hundred days before a regular local government election, the designated election official shall provide public notice of a call for nominations for the election. (if applicable) Pursuant to sections C1-13.5-101 — 1-13.5-1601, Colorado Revised Statutes for Notice of Elections, at least twenty days before each local government election, shall give written notice of the election.
